Vault 350

(562) 590-5566
350 Pine Ave, Long Beach, CA 90802

About the club...

With a total space of 28,500 sq feet spread out over 3 levels, this club has a lot of space for the party-goers who come here to trip out and dance the night away. Since they have a platform for live music, a lot of bands have played here time and again. One look at the website and you can get a pretty good idea of what to expect. A mezzanine floor is next on the way up where you can grab dinner. The quieter VIP room stays off-limits for lesser mortals but is reputed to be good from the other clubs around.

Reviews

The Vault in Long Beach is a great place to see a show! It's up there with House of Blues and acutally better than the HOB in Anaheim. They have a great variety of music, everything from punk rock to jazz, they cover it. The staff is friendly and the drinks are fair if not cheap. Some of best shows I've seen in the last 5 years were at the Vault 350. Great place to see a show!

More Reviews...

I had visited this establishment late last year 2007 with some friends. We really had a great time. Recently I was looking for a place to have a B-day celebration for my BFF and I tought of this place. I called to get info and the guy that answered (Kevin) had the worst attitude!! Very poor customer service, just plain out RUDE!! Just with that I decided to take my party elsewhere. For a successful buisness you need employees with excellent client service skills in order to be successful. Your establishment definitely lacks that kind of success. You need some one at your phones so when potential clients call they get a great impression of your place. Rather then having someone who turns people away with there bad attitude.

Live Music

The club was packed and the music pretty cool. The spanish rock band playing was called "Fobia". We had never heard of them before but they were alright. They did have a large Latin fan base.

Fobia
Fobia is a Mexican rock band from Mexico City, whose career started in 1987. In 1990, BMG released their self-titled album which included the smash-hit song El Microbito. Its second album included vocals from rock-star Alejandra Guzmán. They separated after their 1997 Live Album Fobia on Ice and reunited in 2003. On July 26, 2005, they released their first full-length album since 1995, called Rosa Venus.

Its lead singer, Leonardo de Lozanne dated, briefly, TV presenter Rebecca de Alba. The band in 1997 made a cover of the song "Under Pressure" by Queen (band) for its tribute called "Presionando". In 1998 he collaborated in José José: Un tributo, an album of covers featuring rock-version songs of José José.

Amor Chiquito

Amor Chiquito is the fourth album released by Mexican rock band Fobia on December 22, 1995. Of previous albums, "Amor Chiquito" possesses a broader range of melodies, from Hard Rock tunes ("Revolución sin manos", "Descontrol"), to more melodic themes ("Hipnotízame", "Vivo"), to pop songs like "Sin querer". Fobia's signature sound does not change, staying true to its eclectic lyrics full of surreal and sometimes mesmerizing imagery. Ten more years would pass before Fobia would sit together again to record another LP.
