Many people have in some way or another had a friend or loved one end up in prison for life.
Many criminals commit horrible crimes and most deserve the misery that awaits them in prison. But there are those who were either wrongfully convicted or committed a crime while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, passion, or were very young.
Those who end up in prison lose their civil rights and become property of the state or feds. They become numbers and are forgotten.
There are hundreds of thousands of adult men and women in prisons today who will spend the rest of their lives behind bars over a crime they committed as children. They live the prison life, learn the prison lingo, and experience the prison culture. Yes prison is a culture and a world apart from the ones we live as a free society.
We provide this edition to our viewers as a real source of information and knowledge. Our intentions are not to glorify prison or crime, but to expose the sad reality of prison life.
