Pomona
Swap Meet & Car Show
Sunday morning June 1st 2008 couldn’t have been sweeter for the several thousand early birds who attended the Swap Meet and Car Show in sunny Pomona California. The event was great along with the people and beautiful automobiles. Being at this cool car show was similar as to being in a candy store, it was hard for us to pick out a car to photograph because all of the automobiles were just so damn gorgeous. So we looked around and spotted 3 classic bombs sitting pretty by their owners. It turned out the proud owners of these vintage beauties were a Los Angeles chapter of Old Memories car club. After having a pleasant conversation with well respected Old Memories car club members Manny Alcaraz and Rick Jewell, we ventured off to scope out this beautiful lime green 1965 VW Micro Bus sitting on some platinum colored porches cookie cutter rims. The 21 window bus was owned by Chris Horan who informed us that under the hood of his immaculate VW sat a restored 2276 engine with 48 Ida duel rebers. We then strolled over to Victor Gonzalez’s sparkling strata silver 1963 VW Bug. What caught our eyes besides all the Volkswagens chrome decals was the original steering wheel located on the cars right hand side. As the cool morning breezed by we came upon this rare gold 1973 Pontiac Grand Prix. After inquiring with the beautiful cars owner Jim, he informed us that the car was indeed limited edition and customized in Trino Italy. We took plenty of pictures of these pristine automobiles as well as others and hope that our viewers enjoy this master California experience.

Car Clubs
If you ask most artists what they love to draw the most they will likely say gorgious women, colorful sceneries and beautiful cars.
Automobiles, modeling, music and art have always rolled hand in hand. That’s why every time you tune into any music channel or watch a thrilling action packed movie, you can best expect to see the star cruising around in an exotic automobile.
Or how about music videos, does beautiful cars and sexy woman ring a bell? Yes Cars is a form of art and every car club and car affectionardo out there building these cool creations are just as much as an artist as the muralists, tattoo artists, fashion designers, models, dancers, musicians, athletes and bikers out there who set the trends and make life on earth a much more intersting place.
Our upmost respects go out to every car club and custom auto designer out there, be it Lowriders, bombs, euros, classics, VW's, and others.
I’m In Love With My Car
by Roger Taylor
The machine of a dream
Such a clean machine
With the pistons a pumpin
And the hub caps all gleam
When Im holdin your wheel
All I hear is your gear
When my hands on your grease gun
Oh its like a disease son
Im in love with my car
Gotta feel for my automobile
Get a grip on my boy racer rollbar
Such a thrill when your radials squeal
Told my girl Ill have to forget her
Rather buy me a new carburetor
So she made tracks sayin
This is the end now
Cars dont talk back
Theyre just four wheeled friends now
When Im holdin your wheel
All I hear is your gear
When Im cruisin in overdrive
Dont have to listen to no run of the mill talk jive
Im in love with my car
Gotta feel for my automobile
Im in love with my car
String back gloves in my automolove
